advising that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on
Friday, 11 November 2011 at 23 Kroton Avenue, Weltevreden Park, 1709.
The amended record date for purposes of determining which shareholders
of the Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the annual
general meeting is 4 November 2011 and not 9 November 2011 as previously
announced.
