Methodology Floating Rate Notes
Please be advised that with effect from 5 October 2011, the Interest Periods
in respect of the Notes set out below will be adjusted in accordance with the
Applicable Business Day Convention as specified in the relevant Pricing
Supplement.
This means that should an Interest Payment Date fall on a day that is not a
Business Day, the Interest Payment Date shall be adjusted in accordance with
the Applicable Business Day Convention, and the Interest Period shall be
adjusted accordingly. Interest will therefore accrue for the period from, and
including the last day of the previous Interest Period to, and excluding the
relevant Interest Payment Date, as adjusted.
