Company held in the Auditorium, Ground Floor, 76 Maude Street, Sandton
today, the ordinary and special resolutions relating to:
* a general issue of shares for cash; and
* approval of financial assistance by the Company in terms of
Sections 44 and 45 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of
2008),
were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders present or
represented by proxy.
