RESIGNATION OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR OF EVRAZ HIGHVELD
On 5 October 2011 Bernardine Elizabeth De Beer has tendered her resignation as
Financial Director of Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium Limited, part of the
Evraz Group SA, effective 21 October 2011.
Evraz Group wishes to thank Bernie for her great contribution under challenging
market conditions.
Evraz Highveld was privileged to have Bernie as Financial Director and wishes
her all the best for her future endeavours.
The appointment of Bernie`s successor is being finalised and an announcement in
this regard will be made in due course.
