FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Masonite shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the cautionary
announcement and the renewal of cautionary announcement released on SENS on 5
September 2011 and 28 September 2011, respectively.
Shareholders are advised that the board of directors of Masonite (the "Board")
has received non-binding expressions of interest from various bidders to
acquire the entire issued share capital of Masonite. The Board will consider
the various non-binding expressions of interest received and will provide
selected bidders with further information to facilitate their due diligence of
the Company.
However, Shareholders are further advised that there is currently no certainty
that any of the bidders will make an offer.
Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement is made or
this cautionary announcement is withdrawn.
