Results of annual general meeting
Shareholders are advised that, at the company`s annual general meeting held
today, 7 October 2011, the special resolutions and all the ordinary
resolutions proposed, were approved by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
Ordinary Resolution number 6 relating to the general authority to issue
shares for cash and to sell treasury shares, for cash was withdrawn by the
board of directors prior to the annual general meeting.
The special resolutions, where appropriate, will be filed with the
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
