Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 30 September 2011, Sandra
Saunders, who had previously performed part time secretarial services to
various companies, including Consolidated Infrastructure, has resigned as
company secretary of Consolidated Infrastructure in order to accept a
full time appointment elsewhere.
Probity Business Services (Pty) Limited has been appointed as the new
company secretary, with immediate effect.
The board of Consolidated Infrastructure would like to thank Sandra for
her contribution to the Group.
