Astrapak is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Gugu Pride Duda as an
independent non-executive director to the board with effect from 10 October
2011.
Ms Duda is a qualified CA (SA) and has experience in finance, credit, audit and
risk at various companies. Ms Duda, previously worked for Wiphold, and was the
Chief Financial Officer of the Internet and Telephone Banking division at FNB.
