Change in particulars of non-executive directors
In accordance with Listing Rule LR 9.6.14, SABMiller plc announces the
following changes in the particulars of two non-executive directors.
Mr Mark Armour will retire from the board of Reed Elsevier Group plc
and its two parent companies, Reed Elsevier PLC and Reed Elsevier NV,
at the end of 2012. Reed Elsevier PLC`s securities are listed in London
and New York and Reed Elsevier NV`s securities are listed in Amsterdam
and New York.
Ms Lesley Knox will join the board of Centrica plc, effective 1 January
2012.
Centrica plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
