RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are hereby advised that, at the annual general meeting of
shareholders of the company held today, 10 October 2011 at the registered
office of the company, all the proposed ordinary and special resolutions, as
contained in the notice of annual general meeting which was posted to
shareholders together with the company`s annual report, were passed by the
requisite majority of shareholders present and voting, in person or by proxy.
The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission in due course.
