DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT - QUARTER ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2011
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Pty) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited, respectively) have resolved
to make a distribution to holders of Satrix Swix Top 40 securities recorded in
the register in respect of the quarter ended 30 September 2011. This
distribution will:
Be an amount of 5.91 cents (R0.0591) per Satrix Swix Top 40 security;
Be constituted entirely by:
- 5.60 cents in respect of dividends; and
- 0.27 cents in respect of interest;
- 0.04 cents in respect of scrip lending income;
Be made to all holders of Satrix Swix Top 40 securities recorded in the register
on Friday, 23 September 2011; and
Be effected on 18 October 2011.
