CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Assore is pleased to announce the appointment of the following
alternate directors, with effect from 14 October 2011:
- Mr Alastair Duncan Stalker has been appointed as an alternate
director to Mr Christopher John Cory.
Mr Stalker is the Managing Director of Ore & Metal Company
Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Assore; and
- Mr Bastiaan Hendrikus (Tiaan) van Aswegen has been appointed as
an alternate director to Mr Phillip Christiaan Crous.
Mr van Aswegen is a Consulting Metallurgist in the Assore Group.
