CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT - FINANCIAL RESULTS
We refer to the financial results announcement dated 30 September 2011 relating
to the Company`s unaudited results for the 12 month period ended 30 June 2011.
The Company`s auditors are in the process of finalising the review opinion on
the financial results for the 12 month period ended 30 June 2011 and the Company
envisage releasing and distributing reviewed provisional results for the 12
month period ended 30 June 2011, on or about Monday, 17 October 2011.
Shareholders are therefore advised to exercise caution in dealing in the
Company`s securities due to the fact that the review of the results has yet to
be finalised, and therefore the provisional financial results for the 12 month
period ended 30 June 2011 remain subject to change.
