NOTIFICATION TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 1 June
2011 and are hereby reminded that m Cubed has been deemed to be a cash
shell in terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited. The
Company has until 30 December 2011 to enter into an agreement and make
an announcement relating to the acquisition of viable assets that
satisfy the conditions for listing as set out in Section 4 of the
Listings Requirements. Failure to comply will result in the termination
of the Company`s listing on 30 December 2011.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company is in negotiations in
order to acquire viable assets that satisfy the conditions for listing
and will result in the Company no longer being classified as a cash
shell.
Shareholders will be advised of any developments in the aforementioned
in due course.
