In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Raubex
hereby confirms that the Company has received a notice in terms of Section 122
of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008.
Royce and Associates, LLC has informed Raubex that they have acquired a
beneficial interest in the Company. Following the notice received on 11 October
2011, Royce and Associates now holds 6.75% of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.
