CHANGE TO THE EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT OF THE GROUP
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited the
following information is provided:
Imperial wishes to announce that Mr Philip Michaux (51), has been appointed
to the Executive Committee of Imperial Holdings Limited.
Philip is the CEO of the Imperial Automotive Retail division, which is
responsible for Imperial owned OEM aligned retail outlets in South Africa
and the United Kingdom as well as the Accessory and Leisure products
businesses of the group. He joined the group in 1995, when the group
acquired Saficon and he was the head of Cargo Motors before being promoted
to his current position.
The appointment is effective from 12 October 2011.
