TRADING UPDATE
In terms of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably
certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on will
differ by more than 20% from that of the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, a review of the financial results for the six months ended 30
June 2011 by management has indicated that the loss per share is expected
to be between 4.76 and 5.00 cents and the headline loss per share is
expected to be between 3.21 and 3.45 cents, compared to the loss per share
of 1.19 cents and the headline loss per share of 1.19 cents in the previous
corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that the financial results for the period to be
reported on do not include any of the Corporate Actions, being the IFCA
sWare Disposal and the Third Wave Acquisition, as detailed in the update to
the terms announcement released on SENS on 21 September 2011.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not
been reviewed or reported on by IFCA`s auditors. IFCA`s interim financial
results are expected to be released on SENS on or about 14 October 2011.
