Resignation of a Director
The Aspen Board of Directors ("the Board") hereby advises that Mr David Nurek
has confirmed his retirement from the Board with effect from 1 December 2011,
as he will not be making himself available for re-election at Aspen`s Annual
General Meeting scheduled for that date.
The Board wishes to express its appreciation to Mr Nurek for his valuable
contribution to Aspen over the past 10 years and wish him every success in
his future endeavours.
