FINALISATION OF THE GROUP LINE PROJECTS (PTY) LTD DISPOSAL
Further to the transaction announcements, dated 10 June 2011, 14 July 2011 and
18 August 2011, the Board of PSV has pleasure in announcing that all conditions
precedent relating to the disposal of Group Line Projects (Pty) Ltd has been
met and that the disposal is now unconditional in all respects.
As previously advised the consideration received will be utilised to settle
interest bearing debt
