CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that after 10 years of dedicated service to Hudaco, Ms
N Molefi will be resigning her position as independent non-executive director of
the board with effect from 27 October 2011.
During her tenure with Hudaco, Nene also served as a member of the remuneration
and nomination and the audit and risk management committees. The board takes
this opportunity of thanking Nene for her contribution over the past 10 years
and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
