CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the company has entered into negotiations
with Caterpillar Global Mining LLC, formerly known as Bucyrus
International, Inc. ("Bucyrus") relating to the sale of the Eqstra Mining
Services business unit, which may encompass the early termination of the
Bucyrus distribution agreement; and the transfer of inventories and
service contracts, which if successfully concluded, may affect the price
of the company`s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in
the company`s securities until a full announcement is made.
