RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Mr Vincent Raseroka has resigned as an independent non-
executive director of Cargo Carriers with immediate effect.
Mr Raseroka`s resignation is as a result of a potential conflict of interest
arising out of his other business commitments and the Board has accordingly
accepted his resignation with regret and expressed its gratitude for his
valuable contribution as a director of the Company.
