Following the announcement released on Sens on 3 October 2011, Shareholders are
reminded of the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders to be held at
Kagiso Tiso House, 100 West Street, Sandown, 2196, on Tuesday, 29 November 2011
at 14:00.
The record date to be eligible to vote at the annual general meeting is Friday,
18 November 2011.
