RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Linked unit holders are advised that at the general meeting of linked unit
holders held on 18 October 2011, all the resolutions set out in the notice and
proposed at the meeting were unanimously passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
The special resolutions, to the extent required, will be submitted for filing
with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
