Results of Annual General Meeting
At the annual general meeting of shareholders of Peregrine held on Tuesday,
18 October 2011 (as postponed from the original date of 14 October 2011 in terms
of the notice of annual general meeting contained in the Peregrine annual
report issued on 8 September 2011, shareholders having been notified of such
postponement on SENS and in the Business Day and Die Beeld on 26 September
2011), all of the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of Peregrine
shareholders.
