Further to the announcements released on SENS on March 4 2011 and August
23 2011, shareholders are advised that all the outstanding conditions
precedent in relation to the sale of half of Bidvest`s economic interest
in Mumbai International Airport Private Limited have now been fulfilled
and the transaction has completed. Bidvest expects a positive impact of
approximately R400m after transaction costs on the headline earnings of
the group as a consequence of the sale transaction.
