STEINHOFF INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED ("STEINHOFF") CALL OPTIONS IN
RESPECT OF JD GROUP SHARES
The attention of JD Group shareholders is drawn to the SENS
announcement issued by Steinhoff on 18 October 2011, relating, inter
alia, to certain call options granted to Steinhoff by existing JD
Group shareholders ("call options"), which are subject to various
conditions precedent. If the call options are exercised, this may
result in Steinhoff`s shareholding in JD Group increasing from 32.4%
to in excess of 50%.
If and to the extent that the call options are exercised, JD Group
will advise shareholders accordingly.
