RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")
Shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary resolutions and special
resolutions proposed at the AGM of Amecor held on Tuesday, 18 October 2011, were
approved unanimously by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The following resolutions were withdrawn by the board of directors prior to
commencement of the AGM:
Ordinary Resolution number 6 relating to the placing of the unissued shares
under the control of the directors; and
Ordinary Resolution number 7 relating to the general authority to issue shares
for cash.
The special resolutions, where appropriate, will be filed with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission.
