Shareholders are advised that at the General Meeting of Sasfin held today, 20
October 2011, the special resolution in terms of Section 45 of the Companies Act
of 2008, as amended was passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The ordinary resolution for any director to implement the resolution was passed
by the requisite majority of shareholders.
