CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders of
the Company are notified that at a board meeting held on 19 October 2011, Mr.
Thomas Kamwendo has resigned as Non-Executive Chairman of ZCI effective from 1
November 2011. Mr. Thomas Kamwendo has subsequently been appointed as Chief
Executive Officer of ZCI effective from 1 November 2011.
Mr. Edgar Hamuwele who is an existing non-executive director of ZCI has been
appointed the non-executive Chairman of ZCI, effective from 1 November 2011.
