Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements
for the year ended 30 June 2011 were posted to shareholders and contain
no modifications to the audited results which were published on 23 August
2011. PricewaterhouseCoopers audited the results and the annual financial
statements of CBH and their reports are available for inspection at the
registered offices of the company.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
The Notice of Annual General Meeting was posted to shareholders on 21
October 2011 and notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting
of the company will be held at 14:00 on Thursday, 24 November 2011, at
Investec, 100 Grayston Drive, Sandton, Johannesburg, to transact business
as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
