(www.elliesholdings.com). The audited financial statements contain no changes to
the audited results which were announced on SENS on Wednesday, 20 July 2011.
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for the company,
which will be held at 94 Eloff Street Ext, Village Deep, Johannesburg on
Wednesday, 23 November 2011 at 12:00pm.
