TRADING STATEMENT

Astral Foods` headline and earnings per share for the year ending 30
September 2011 will reflect a increase in the range of 15% to 20% as
against the previous year. This financial information in this trading
statement has not been reviewed and reported on by Astral Foods` auditors.
It is expected that the results for the year to 30 September 2011 will be
published on 14 November 2011.
