RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, APPOINTMENT OF NEW AUDITORS AND
APPOINTMENT OF A LEAD INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting held on 20
October 2011, all the resolutions as set out in the notice of Annual
General Meeting contained in the company`s 2011 Annual Financial
Statements, were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
Grant Thornton have been appointed as the company`s auditors with effect
from 21 October 2011 following the resignation of RSM Betty & Dickson as
the company`s auditors.
At a board meeting following the annual general meeting, the board
resolved to appoint Mitesh Patel as the Lead Independent Director with
effect from 20 October 2011. Mitesh remains Chairman of the Audit
Committee.
