RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of Protech shareholders held today Monday,
24 October 2011, all the ordinary resolutions and the special
resolutions as set out in the notice of annual general meeting to
shareholders dated 12 August 2011, were approved by the requisite
majority of shareholders with the exception of ordinary resolution 5.
The special resolutions will be filed with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
