CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that, in terms of rule 3.59 of the Listing Requirements
of the JSE Limited, iThemba Governance and Statutory Solutions (Pty) Limited
shall, with effect from 4 November 2011, be appointed Acting Company Secretary
of Aveng Limited. The current company secretary, Mrs KE Robinson, has resigned
with effect from 3 November 2011.
iThemba Governance and Statutory Solutions (Pty) Limited will be represented by
Ms A van der Merwe who has more than 20 years` experience as corporate lawyer
and company secretary in the listed environment.
