Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2011 were posted to shareholders today and contain no
modifications to the audited results which were published on 15 September 2011.
PKF (Jhb) Inc audited the results and the annual financial statements of
Mvelaserve and their reports are available for inspection at the registered
offices of the company.
Notice is hereby given that the 1st annual general meeting of shareholders of
Mvelaserve will be held
in the boardroom, 28 Eddington Crescent, Highveld Technopark, Centurion at 10:00
on Tuesday, 22 November 2011, to transact business as stated in the notice of
the annual general meeting.
