RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on the
Securities Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited ("JSE") on 13
September 2011 and are advised that the Company is still in negotiations
regarding the potential delisting of African Brick from the JSE.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in the Company`s securities until a full announcement is
made.
