CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Following the meeting of the Board of Directors of Protech ("the board") on 25
October 2011 the board hereby announces the following changes to the composition
of the board as required in terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements:
Mr Mafahle Mareletse has been appointed as the independent Chairman of Protech
with immediate effect.
The board has further re - constituted its Audit & Risk, Remuneration &
Nomination and Social & Ethics Committees as follows:
