RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of Brikor
shareholders held yesterday, all the resolutions were passed by the
requisite majorities of votes of shareholders present and represented by
proxy, with the exception of ordinary resolution 7 (general authority to
issue shares for cash).
