RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting held today,
27 October 2011, all ordinary resolutions, endorsements and special
resolutions, as specified in the notice of the meeting, were passed by
the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolutions will be sent to Companies and Intellectual
Property Commission ("CIPC") for filing in due course.
