WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred the renewal of cautionary announcement
dated 15 September 2011 and the subsequent announcement dated 16
September 2011 regarding the acquisition by Yield Chemicals Group
(Pty) Limited of 49.9% of the issued share capital of Erintrade
(Pty) Limited and R.T. Chemicals (Pty) Limited. Accordingly
shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be
exercised when dealing in their Ububele securities.
