CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, the board of directors of Telemasters hereby advise
shareholders that Ms Erika Rossouw has resigned as financial director
with immediate effect, following completion of her interim contract.
Brandon Topham, a current non-executive director of the Company, will
change his role to that of financial director with immediate effect.
The board thanks Erika for her valued contribution during her term with
the Company.
