CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of 1time ("the Board") hereby notifies
its shareholders that Ms Lorna Anne Terblanche ("Lorna") has been
appointed as group financial director and Mr Kenneth Delroy Jarvis
("Ken") has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of
1time with effect from 1 November 2011.
Lorna is a qualified chartered accountant and was the previous chief
financial officer of Safair Technical (Proprietary) Limited (trading as
Jetworx), the aircraft maintenance subsidiary of 1time. Lorna`s past
experience includes auditing roles at Cullinan Holdings and McCathy
Holdings, as well as the audit partner at Nexia HBLT Chartered
Accountants Incorporated.
Ken has a strong information technology background and has held senior
IT positions within Momentum Life, Nedcor Bank, and Amplats, including
chief technology officer of Multichoice and chief information officer of
the South African Revenue Services. Ken is currently the founder and
chief executive officer of JIKA Africa, an advisory service, project
management and corporate communications consultancy firm.
The Board welcomes Lorna and Ken and looks forward to their contribution
to the Company.
In addition, Ms Selemeng Mokose has resigned as an independent non-
executive director with immediate effect. The Board wishes her well in
her future endeavours.
