RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND FULFILMENT OF CONDITIONS
PRECEDENT
Shareholders are advised that all of the resolutions proposed in the Notice to
Members, dated 28 September 2011 incorporated in the circular to shareholders
("Circular") were passed by the requisite majority at the General Meeting of the
Company held at 15:00 on Wednesday, 26 October 2011.
Shareholders are also advised that all the conditions precedent in respect of
the disposal of 60% shareholding in Cadiz Securities (Pty) Ltd and Cadiz Stock
Broking (Pty) Ltd to BNP Paribas SA have been fulfilled. The completion date as
defined in the Circular will be 31 October 2011.
