Shareholders are advised that the Group`s Annual Financial Statements
for the year ended 30 June 2011, as contained in the Integrated Report,
have been posted to shareholders on 28 October 2011. There were no
changes to the audited group condensed results released on SENS on 14
September 2011.
Notice of AGM
Shareholders are further advised that the Annual General Meeting of the
company will be held on Tuesday, 22 November 2011 at 14:00 in the
executive boardroom at Parc du Cap 7, Mispel Road, Bellville, Cape Town.
The notice of the AGM is contained in the Integrated Report posted to
shareholders on 28 October 2011.
