RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of the Company held
on Friday, 28 October 2011, which meeting was held to consider, and if deemed
fit, pass the resolutions detailed in the notice to annual general meeting and
sent to shareholders of the company with the Annual Financial Statements, all
the resolutions detailed in the notice to annual general meeting were approved
by the requisite majority of shareholders and will, where necessary, been
submitted to the CIPC for registration.
