CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Directors ("the Board") of Blue wish to inform
shareholders that, with immediate effect, the designation of Mr. Timothy L. Till
has changed from an independent non-executive director to that of a non-
executive director.
Mr. Till has consulted for the Company in an advisory capacity and this has
affected his independence.
