EXPIRY AND DELISTING ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE NBAGL2 Exchange-
traded note.
Notice is hereby given of the delisting of NB ANGLO STUB (NBAGL2) and
that as a result of the expiry of the note, the NEDBANK ANGLO STUB
(NBAGL1) will delist on Friday, 28 October 2011
The payment date will be Friday,04 November 2011.
