P.L.C. (formerly Wichford P.L.C.), the London Stock Exchange-listed subsidiary

The announcement relates to the release of Redefine International P.L.C.`s
results for the period ended 31 August 2011 which will be published on SENS on
Tuesday, 1 November 2011 simultaneously with RIN`s results for the year ended 31
August 2011.
